Once your order has been placed you will recieve a confirmation email along with your order number. 

Once your order is received, it will take 3-4 Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank-recognized holidays) to process. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a text message notifying you that your order is being prepared for shipment. Shipping will be determined by shipping method you select. 

Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days (maximum total of 5-8 business day timeframe)

Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days (mamixum total of 7- 11 business days timeframe)

Pick Up: This option allows local customers to pick up their products directly from us. Keep in mind that the items still have to be processed and that we have to receive them.Our Standard shipping timeframe applies to this option.

Shipping can be through: USPS, DHL, or UPS 

Once your order has been received by the shipper and you have received the tracking number for your item(s), any questions or concerns in regards to your order shall be referred to the shipper. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company. We will NOT offer refunds because of delays caused by the shipping company

We do not offer refunds. 

We adibde by a strict No Refund Policy. 

It is the customer's responsibility to review shipping times to ensure enough time is allowed to receive any of our featured products. We recommend giving an extra 2 days for shipping.

We do require a signature for each delivery. However, we recommend you look over your information to make sure the address is correct, including zip codes and apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  

If you have an issue with your order once you have received it, we do allow 24 hours after delivery for you to contact us with any complaints or concerns. We will try our best to accommodate you.
